How long does data recovery take?
It depends on the drive and how much data is involved. Some recoveries are done the same day when scheduling allows, and others take longer, especially with larger or badly damaged drives. After the free diagnostic I will give you a realistic time frame along with the price.
Will my files and personal information be safe?
Yes. I handle your photos, documents, and personal information carefully and privately, and I put irreplaceable files first. Your recovered data is copied to a reliable drive or location and handed back to you, not shared with anyone.
What if my files cannot be recovered?
I will be honest with you up front about the odds before you spend anything. If a recovery attempt does not succeed, I do not charge you for it. If the drive has severe physical damage that needs a clean-room lab, I tell you that and can point you to a specialist.
