Small Business IT Support in Central Florida
I keep the technology behind your small business working so you can run it. I am Joe Witter, and I have spent 13 plus years in IT, with CompTIA and Microsoft certifications behind the work. When you call or text, you reach me directly, not a ticket queue or an offshore call center. I handle your network, your email, your security, and your backups, and I explain what I am doing in plain language. Whether you need a one-time project or steady monthly support, you get one local contact who knows your setup.
Small offices in Central Florida do not need a big managed services contract to get reliable IT. They need someone who shows up, knows the systems, and answers the phone. I work with businesses in Kissimmee, Orlando, St. Cloud, Celebration, Davenport, Poinciana, Hunter's Creek, Lake Buena Vista, and near Disney, on-site, remotely, or by drop-off. I set up and manage networks and Wi-Fi, Microsoft 365 and business email, security and data backup, new-employee and device setup, printers, and shared files. You can bring me in for a single project or keep me on a monthly support plan with priority response. Either way, the work is quoted before it starts, and you get a real person who already knows how your office runs.

What it costs
Common questions
How much does small business IT support cost?
It depends on what your office needs, so I start with a free assessment and no obligation. After that I quote a clear price before any work begins, with no hidden fees, and you only pay if you go ahead. For ongoing help, monthly support plans are available, and I will give you the number once I understand your setup.
Do you support just one person, or do I need a whole team?
Both. I work with solo owners and home-based businesses as well as small offices with several employees. You do not need a minimum number of computers or a big contract. If you are one person who just needs reliable IT, that is exactly the kind of client I help.
How fast can you respond if something breaks?
When you call or text, you reach me directly, so there is no queue to wait through. Same-day service is possible when scheduling and parts allow. On a monthly support plan you get priority response, which means your issues move to the front of the line.
Can you keep my business secure and back up our data?
Yes. I set up security and data backup so your accounts and files are protected and recoverable if hardware fails or files are lost. I hold CompTIA Security certifications and have Security+ and CISSP in progress, and I keep the protection practical for a small office.
I already have an IT person or company. Can you take over?
Yes. I can review your current setup during the free assessment, document how things are configured, and take over network, email, and backup management without disrupting your work. I will tell you plainly what I find and what, if anything, should change.
Do you come to my office, or is everything remote?
Whatever fits. I work on-site at offices across Central Florida, remotely when that is faster, or by drop-off. Many issues I can handle remotely the same day. For setup and network work, I often come to you so everything is right in your space.
What is included in a monthly support plan?
A monthly plan gives you priority response and one local contact, me, instead of a call center. I keep an eye on your technology, help with the day-to-day issues, and stay familiar with how your office runs so problems get solved faster. Tell me your setup and I will recommend a fit.
What is the first step to get started?
Call or text me at 407-624-8459, or email joe@wittertech.com. We will set up a free assessment of your office with no obligation. I will look at what you have, tell you what I would do, and quote it before any work begins.
